How We Support Rescue Dogs & Families

  • Rescue Dog Support

The Pink Paw Program was first established in 2014. The program is designed to help educate and support dog owners who have adopted a rescue animal or in the unfortunate case of looking to surrender their pet.

  • Kids & K9’s Education Seminars

The Pink Paw Program travels around educating kids of Australia and Internationally on how to keep safe and care for dogs. Our mission is to reduce the number of children bitten through lack of understanding dog behaviour and warning signs. We aim to improve the reputation of dogs across the globe.

  • Shine a Light on a Rescue

We love our rescue organisations out there supporting dogs around the world. Without them we would be facing a much larger problem in dog abandonment than we already are. Learn about the groups that we have visited and listen to our Podcast Interviews raising awareness for their mission.

About PinkPaw Program

The Pink Paw Program was first established in 2014. Our Program is designed to help educate and support dog owners who have adopted a rescue companion or in the unfortunate case of looking to surrender their pet.

We provide free dog training support to clients referred to us by aligned vets, rescue groups and pet stores. We work with these clients to help dogs stay within their forever home.

We understand how tough it can get dealing with short and long term behavioural issues in your dog. Most of the time these “issues” are natural instinct to a dog. We educate dog owners on these behaviours giving them a better understanding of why our dogs require patience and support. Applying our methods help reduce the number of dogs being unnecessarily surrendered.

Over 250,000 pets are euthanised each year in Australia alone, usually due to unwanted behaviour. Our biggest mission is to put a stop to surrendered dogs and prevent death row world wide
